The G26 Gen3 “Baby Glock”

The Glock G26 is also known as the “Baby Glock” due to its small size. Firstly, Glock released the pistol in 1994 and designed it from the outset for the fields of home defense, law enforcement and concealed-carry weapons.

Consequently, the subcompact G26 followed up on the compact G19, which, in turn, was a smaller version of the original G17. Subsequently, with each iteration, Glock simultaneously improved the overall design and made it smaller and easier to concealed carriers and those who needed a discrete handgun.
