VERY IMPORTANT – FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Upon inspection of your firearm, if you find or identify any defects or discrepancies with the product description, you must leave the firearm at the dealer and alert us immediately. We will have it picked up for free and offer you an exchange or refund at no cost if we do not have another comparable firearm in stock. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once it has been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair, in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy. By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to you without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. If you fail a background check, the firearm will be returned to us and you will pay for the return shipping. In this case, the amount you paid will be refunded, minus the original shipping charge and minus a 15% restocking fee (equal to 15% of the value of your order).

Magazines and items other than firearms or ammunition may be returned within 3 days of when it is received by you. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER obtained from Patriot Tactical Exchange included with the product. All returned merchandise must also include a copy of the invoice. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Patriot Tactical Exchange accepts returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging. The original shipping charge, as well as shipping costs incurred in the return of merchandise, are your responsibility as the buyer. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected by Patriot Tactical Exchange, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
