WHAT YOU NEED TO EMAIL US

FIREARMS

Before we can ship your firearm to an federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your jurisdiction, we require that a copy of a valid and active license for the FFL to which we will ship the firearm be emailed to us at PatriotTacticalExchange@gmail.com. As the buyer, you are responsible for contacting your transferring FFL to request that they email to us a copy of their FFL. For CA FFLs, we also must receive the FFL’s CFD number. As the seller, we also will contact the FFL to assure that they will accept the firearm for transfer. Acceptance of this FFL as suitable for shipment is contingent on our verifying their valid and active license through the on-line ATF FFL eZCheck database (and the CA DOJ CFLC database for CA FFLs). It is best to select a FFL to assist with the transfer of your firearm before you place your order.

AMMUNITION

All direct ammunition shipments require a copy of your valid driver license or other valid government-issued photo identification, including military ID, showing your date of birth. Ammunition purchased by CA or NY residents will not be shipped directly to individuals but only to a local FFL. In addition to your driver license or other government-issued identification showing your date of birth, we require additional documentation to be emailed to us at PatriotTacticalExchange@gmail.com if you live in one of the following jurisdictions:

  • California. We will only ship ammunition to a FFL or a CA licensed ammunition vendor. CA residents must pass a background check to take possession of ammunition from a FFL or licensed ammunition vendor. A valid FFL license or ammunition vendor’s license must be emailed to us or already be on file. Email us at PatriotTacticalExchange@gmail.com to obtain contact information for Southern California FFLs who can transfer ammunition at a reasonable price. We will contact the FFL of your choice and only ship the ammunition if they are able to accept it, in accordance with any and all state, and local laws, restrictions and ordinances. Acceptance of this FFL dealer as suitable for shipment is contingent on our verifying their valid FFL through the on-line ATF FFL eZCheck database, and the CA DOJ CFLC database. Marin County residents also must email a copy of a valid CCW card.
  • Connecticut. A copy of a valid CT Carry Permit, Eligibility Certification, Long Gun Eligibility Certificate, or Ammunition Certificate and a CT-Issued Photo ID must be emailed to us or already be on file.
  • Illinois (other than Chicago and surrounding cities in Cook County). A copy of a valid Firearm Owner’s Identification Card (FOID) or valid IL Concealed Carry License, in addition to an Illinois driver’s license or Illinois State Identification Card must be emailed to us or already be on file.
  • New Jersey. For the purchase of handgun ammunition (defined by NJ Law as ammunition specifically designed to be used only in a handgun), a copy of a valid Firearms Purchaser Identification Card, Permit to Purchase a Handgun, or Permit to Carry a Handgun must be emailed to us or already be on file.
  • New York State (other than the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau County Buffalo and Rochester, where we cannot ship ammunition). We will only ship to a FFL or registered Seller of Ammunition (SoA). A valid FFL license or ammunition vendor’s license must be emailed to us or already be on file. We will contact your FFL of choice and only ship the ammunition if they are able to accept it, in accordance with any and all state, and local laws, restrictions and ordinances. Acceptance of this FFL dealer as suitable for shipment is contingent on our verifying their valid FFL through the on-line ATF FFL eZCheck database.
