We will cancel your order and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, equal to 15% of the value of your order, if:
- You live in a locality where it is prohibited under any state and local law, restriction, or ordinance to purchase, transfer, or possess the product you purchased;
Firearms Purchases
- We do not receive within 2 business days of purchase a copy of an active and valid license from a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) that has agreed to accept for transfer the firearm you purchased;
- You cannot identify an FFL with an active and valid license who is willing to accept for transfer the firearm you purchased;
Ammunition Purchases
- For CA and NY residents, we do not receive within 2 business days of purchase a copy of an active and valid license from a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) or ammunition vendor who has agreed to accept for transfer the ammunition;
- We do not receive within 1 business day of purchase a copy of your valid driver license or other valid government-issued photo identification showing your date of birth and address where the ammunition will be shipped, for direct ammunition shipments to you that are allowable by law in your jurisdiction;
- We do not receive within 1 business day of purchase a copy of the additional documentation required for the jurisdiction where you live, for direct ammunition shipments to you in the jurisdictions listed in WHAT YOU NEED TO EMAIL US; or
- You refuse to accept delivery of ammunition directly shipped to you. We also will charge you the full cost of return shipping back to us plus the 15% restocking fee.
