Q1: I live in Arizona. Can I save shipping costs and come pick up a firearm, magazines, and ammunition from you?

A1: We are a federally-licensed firearms dealer (FFL) located In Scottsdale, AZ but at the present time we are not doing in-store pickups or transfers. If you buy a firearm and want to take possession in Arizona, you cannot pick it up directly from us. Sorry – no exceptions. You will need to find another Arizona FFL to do the transfer. We will charge you $35 to ship the firearm to an Arizona FFL of your choice. Other products like ammunition or magazines will be shipped to you at our standard shipping rates.

Q2: I live in California. Can I order a handgun from you?

A2: As long as it is listed on the CA DOJ roster and a CA FFL will accept the transfer, we are very glad to do business with you!

Q3: I Live in New York State. Will you ship ammunition to me directly?

A3: We can only ship ammunition to a New York State FFL or registered Seller of Ammunition (SoA).

Q4: I am interested in a firearm that I don’t see on your website. Can you get it for me?

A4: Email us – we can certainly try or let you know right away if we can’t.

Q5: Sometimes you have for sale collectible guns. Can you let me know the next time you have one for sale?

Q6: After I received a magazine I ordered from you, I realized that it was the wrong one and doesn’t fit my firearm. What do I do?

A6: Magazines and items other than firearms or ammunition may be returned within 3 days of when it is received by you. No merchandise will be accepted for return without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number obtained from Patriot Tactical Exchange included with the product. All returned merchandise must also include a copy of the invoice. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Patriot Tactical Exchange accepts returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging. The original shipping charge, as well as shipping costs incurred in the return of merchandise, are your responsibility as the buyer. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected by Patriot Tactical Exchange, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Q7: Instead of overnight shipping, can you send my firearm through the Post Office?

A7: Our number one priority is to make sure that the firearm you buy gets to your FFL, and also that it gets there as fast as possible. We use FedEx as our shipping carrier because in our experience they have been the most reliable, and have the best customer service to resolve issues when they arise.
