Patriot Tactical Exchange does not ship products outside the United States, or to areas within the United States where we are prohibited by law from shipping the product you want to purchase.
Firearm orders generally process and ship within 3 business days upon receipt of full payment, as well as documentation from a federal firearms dealer (FFL). We do not ship firearms to US PO, APO, FPO or DPO boxes. Firearms are shipped with a tracking number to a FFL physical address via USPS Priority Service and will require an adult signature on delivery. Patriot Tactical Exchange will ship a firearm ONLY to a valid and actively-licensed FFL (not including Type 03 Curio & Relic FFLs) of your choice in the jurisdiction where you live. This means we cannot ship directly to you. Note: we will not ship a C&R / antique firearm directly to Type 03 C&R holders, but only to other (Type 01, 02, 07, etc) FFLs. We will contact the FFL of your choice and only ship the firearm if we verify their active license through the on-line ATF FFL eZCheck database (and the CA DOJ CFLC database for CA FFLs), and verify whether they are able to accept it in accordance with any and all state and local laws, restrictions and ordinances.
Orders for magazines legal in your jurisdiction are generally processed shipped directly to you within 3 business days upon receipt of full payment. The order is shipped via USPS with a tracking number.
Ammunition orders generally process and ship within 3 business days upon receipt of full payment and valid required age and address documentation. We do not ship ammunition to US PO, APO, FPO or DPO boxes. We will direct ship ONLY to the address listed on your valid driver license or other valid government-issued photo identification that you email to us. Ammunition is shipped with a tracking number via FedEx Ground service to a physical address and requires an adult signature on delivery. For CA and NY residents, we can ship ammunition ONLY to a local FFL and not directly to you.
