In 2018 the PPQ Q4 Tactical Pistol was developed as a full framed pistol with a large or increased magazine capacity, accessory rail, low light sights, matte finish, threaded barrel and a slide cut for a red-dot optic. It features front and rear cocking serrations, an enlarged ejection port and a grooved topstrap for reduced glare. The red fiber optic of the front sight is supported in a metallic housing with a square profile to match the notch of the fully adjustable rear sight.
